Terms & Conditions: Summer Jackpot Net4
 
  1. All Partners residing within India are eligible for ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’, when they purchase any service of Net4India, online for Rupees Three Thousand (Rs.3, 000/-) or more.
  2. This offer is valid for new purchase only.
  3. This scheme is not valid on free wallet.
  4. This scheme is valid for Domain, Hosting & Email Solutions only.
  5. One CRN/E-mail ID cannot get more than one coupon (valid for two gifts only)
  6. All Services of Net4India, purchased during ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ period cannot be cancelled. No refund/exchange of services shall be provided on cancellation.
  7. In order to redeem the gift under ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ partner is required to register his customer online and for which purpose the partner undertakes to provide the current, complete and accurate information of his customer. Net4India shall not be liable if delivery of gift is delayed or fails on account of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  8. Partner shall be solely liable for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her customer registration details.
  9. Last date to submit your request to claim the gift is 15th July, 2010.
  10. Net4India shall not be liable to make good any defect/deficiencies found in the gifts offered under ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ once the delivery of the same is accepted by the Customer.
  11. All gifts offered under ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ are provided on “AS IS WHEREAS BASIS” and Net4India Disclaims any and all warranties or guarantees under law and Contract in respect of gifted products. Customer shall not hold Net4India liable for any defects or deficiency in gifted products. All products offered under the ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ are purely on “NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND BASIS”. However Customer shall be entitled to enforce against the manufacturers of gifted products, the warranty and /or guarantee obligations. All claims regarding return and replacement must be made directly to the manufacturer, in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the warranty card.
  12. This is a limited period offer therefore gift redemption request shall be made within stipulated time. The estimated time of delivery of gift is 30 days from the date of generation of gift Redemption request. The estimated time of delivery of gift is indicative only and no guarantee is made that the gift will be delivered within the specified time.
  13. This ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ cannot be clubbed with any other scheme or offer of Net 4 India.
  14. This ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ offer is a limited period offer and can be withdrawn without any notice at the sole discretion of Net4India.
  15. You acknowledge that you have read understood and accepted this limited period scheme.
  16. All request forms should be sent by registered post / reputed courier to Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., 701, Chiranjeev Tower, Opp. Eros Intercontinental Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. Request Forms will not be accepted if submitted personally or by hand to our office.
  17. Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
  18. You agree that all services purchased under ‘Summer Jackpot Offer’ are governed by the policy and procedures that are featured on Net4India’s website partners.net4.in or may be published from time to time by Net 4 India limited and can be amended from time to time and to which you agree and undertake to abide by such terms and conditions.
  19. No cash consideration shall be due and payable for non-usage/expiry of free Holiday Vouchers.
  20. Net4 does not guarantee that the services offered by Countrywide Holiday Resort will meet customer’s expectations.
  21. Under this Scheme Net4's role is limited to issuing of free Holiday Vouchers to the recipients only.  Net4 shall in no way be liable or responsible for any disputes arising out of redemption of free Holiday vouchers by the recipients.
  22. All issues related with the redemption of Free Holiday Vouchers or all services associated with Free Holiday Vouchers shall be settled by Countrywide Holiday Resort only.
  23. The 3 days’ / 2 nights’ booking request form entitles the holder to complimentary accommodation (stay only) for a couple and two children up to eight years of age, at anyone of the hotels or resorts listed herein. Here 3 days/ 2 nights stay means two nights stay at anyone of the hotel/resort with standard check-in & check-out timings. e.g., If you check-in on 1st Sep, your check-out date will be 3rd Sep. Generally check-in & check-out timings are 12:00 noon but it can be ± 2 hours depends on hotel's policy.
  24. Utility Charges of Rs.250/- per night are to be paid before issuing a Letter of Confirmation, through a demand draft.
  25. At least 30 days’ clear advance notice is required with the first, second and third choice of destinations & dates to process the booking. Please ensure that you have mentioned three different destinations and three optional check-in dates. Please maintain minimum seven days’ gap between the preferred check-in dates. On receiving of your booking request form, you will get a confirmation for the availability of destination and asked for payment towards Utility Charges. Booking request will be disqualified in case of non-receipt of Utility Charges within five days after confirming the destination to the recipient.
  26. Only completed booking forms along-with a photocopy id proof will be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability especially in case of national holidays and long-weekends. The offer does not include 24th December’2010 to 2nd January’2011
  27. Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to alternate dates & hotels, in case of non-availability.
  28. A confirmation letter for the Hotel Accommodation will be issued in the name of the applicant by the reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel, date and destination will be mentioned therein. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 days’ before the date of check-in.
  29. Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
  30. The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like food, extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities.
  31. No two or more forms can be clubbed together to avail the offer. Only one booking form can be used per booking/family/group traveling together. The vacation offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original Free Voucher / Scratch Card.
  32. Holiday Voucher will be valid for Six Months from the date issue.
